the links work in the bulletin but the bulletin itself does not show up.

just use a direct link to your website in the bulletin. People are used to the external link alert so they'll click on it.

Or if your site is blacklisted use babelfish.yahoo.com

This only works with babble fish i think. Havent tried it...well havent got the chance to use it because myspace filters the babble fish from my autopost

Does anyone know that news.google one? If that one still works..

google news now has a filter on it similar to the redirect to toms blog shit. that happens when often when a server admin sees a redirect link get a shit ton more views then normal. fatadds used that link along with pretty much every train for a long time, you just have to expect that the links don't last too terribly long.
all i can really say is invest your bulletins into add sites, those are foolproof and people will always use them.
